The breakfast was served in the restaurant and the food was amazing. Its location in Zanzibar was magnificent and beautiful, next to a huge park like garden with views over the sea and blazing, palm tree lined, sunsets, the beach downstairs, and the beach area.

I enjoyed sophisticated decor of the double room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the view on the sea and nature was great. The location was magnificent and lovely, so close to the airport and Stone Town, the Island and Tanzania/Zanzibar. Plus, I could reach Mbweni Ruins not too far from the hotel.

Make sure you stay in the queen room with the view of the sea. They have an air conditioning, a safe, and a work desk;)))

Can’t fault anything about it!

The room at The Manor House by Sansi was simply amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially in the hot weather. The kitchenette was a nice addition, allowing me to prepare my own meals whenever I wanted. And the best part was the beautiful sea views from my balcony. It was like paradise right outside my window.

The only thing I personally didn't like was the television in the room. But hey, that's just me.

Nice brand-new hotel with good value, we had a fantastic stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, brilliant service. Loved climate control, a private safe and a writing desk in the room. The location offered was excellent and lovely short walk to sea and about 3-5 minute hike and the garden looking out over palm trees and the sea. Furthermore, to the Manor House. Everything was simply good;)))

Outstanding food, LOVELY hotel, magnificent location in fly infested area for a hour for breakfast. A nice size room with delightful view over the sea. Exceptionally comfortable bed, very friendly and efficient staff from cleaners to Manager.
